Swan Within

The Swan Within: Healing Through Ballet is a non-profit founded and currently run by Meredith Harper Houston. The Swan Within aims to empower incarcerated teen girls through rigorous yet rewarding ballet training. Most of these teens were previously trafficked or sexually abused by family members or friends. The Swan Within uses ballet to heal the wounds from trauma by giving the basic foundations of grace.
