WINTER

WINTER, or Women In Non Traditional Employment Roles, is an economic development agency and a national leader in diversity workforce development and education. WINTER works to extend opportunities to economically disadvantaged women and youth in Southern California and to empower them to achieve economic self-sufficiency. Its mission is to train, educate, and prepare women and youth for transformative careers in the construction industry.
